Once you approve the quote, we will ask you to pay a 25% deposit to confirm your order. We will place your order in our system and book in a suitable installation date.

Our average turn-around time for Ziptrak awnings and other external products is 4 weeks from receiving your deposit.

If you are in the process of building a new house then we can work from your plans to provide you with an estimate but we will still need to come and do a final check-measure before we place your order to ensure that the awnings are the correct size.
